KPS Health Plans (New HSA Plan)
KPS was established in Bremerton, Washington, in 1946, KPS is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) that provides healthcare coverage to individuals and families in Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Skamania, Snohomish, Thurston, Wahkiakum and Whatcom Counties.

The Healthy Investor™ is a HSA plan that offers individuals and families high deductibles in exchange for lower premiums. Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are special tax deductible accounts that offer you the opportunity to pay for qualified medical expenses or invest your HSA funds and grow them tax free to better support your future healthcare needs. This plan offers catastrophic-type coverage. There are two deductible options for individuals ($1,600 and $2,600) or families ($3,200 or $5,150). Coverage includes preventive care (including an annual eye exam, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture and prescription discounts.

Eligibility
Coverage for individuals and families (except those eligible for Medicare) is available to enrollees who live in Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Skamania, Snohomish, Thurston, Wahkiakum and Whatcom Counties.  Eligible family members include you, your spouse, and unmarried children under age 23 who are primarily dependent on you for support.
